Crypto Swaps

Direct answer
A swap exchanges one supported cryptoasset for another and sends the receive asset to the wallet address you provide.
Check the deposit asset and network separately from the receive asset, network and wallet before sending anything.
The two sides of a swap, permalink
The send side tells you what asset and amount to deposit into Flow Crypto and on which network. The receive side tells Flow Crypto which asset to withdraw, which network to use and which customer-controlled wallet should receive it.
Treat these as two distinct instructions. An address suitable for the receive asset does not tell you where to send the deposit asset.
Before you deposit, permalink
- 1Review the send amount, deposit network, address and any memo.
- 2Review the receive estimate, receive network and complete destination address.
- 3Confirm the destination wallet supports that receive asset and network.
- 4Check the quote expiry and broadcast the exact deposit only when every field matches.
Track the swap, permalink
The activity page records deposit detection, confirmation, liquidity, execution and withdrawal states. A pending-review or failed state should be handled from the same swap record.
Do not create a second swap for a deposit already sent. Contact support with the swap ID and transaction hash if the on-chain record and displayed status disagree.
