Supported Banks and Payment Availability

Direct answer

Manual NZD bank deposit is not limited by a published list of named banks, but the sending account must be usable for a New Zealand bank transfer and held in your verified name.

POLi and Akahu availability depends on the banks and services supported by those providers at the time, and the order screen is the source of truth.

Select Bank Deposit when it is available, then use your own internet or mobile banking to make the transfer. The order supplies the recipient details, total due and a unique matching reference.

A bank transfer can still be delayed by your bank, weekends, public holidays or a missing reference. Flow Crypto does not publish a fixed bank-by-bank arrival promise.

POLi and Akahu Open Banking are displayed only when the relevant integration is available for the order. Their bank coverage and service availability can change independently of Flow Crypto.

If your bank is not offered by the provider, return to the payment-method screen and choose another available method. Do not try to force a payment through a bank or account the provider does not show.

Bank account requirements, permalink

  • Use an account in the verified customer's name.
  • Use NZD and the exact order amount shown.
  • Keep the unique reference unchanged.
  • Do not use cash deposits, pooled payments or another person's account unless Flow Crypto has approved the arrangement in writing before payment.
