When you start the identity stage, Flow Crypto creates a hosted Didit session. Follow the provider's instructions to capture the requested identity document and complete face and liveness checks.
Use your own identity document and make sure the details match the profile you entered. The session may remain under review after the capture is submitted.

Verification is not necessarily a one-time event. Flow Crypto may request updated information or evidence when account details change or when it is required to process an order safely and lawfully.
Requests shown inside the authenticated dashboard are the source of truth for what your account still needs. Public Help content does not disclose internal monitoring rules or thresholds.
