Navigate to Buy Crypto, select your asset, enter the NZD amount and a compatible wallet address, then confirm the order. Choose one of the payment methods shown and follow the order instructions exactly.
How long does delivery take?, permalink
Delivery begins after payment is confirmed, the trade is executed and any required checks are complete. Bank processing, market availability, provider status and blockchain congestion can all affect the time, so follow the live order status rather than relying on a fixed estimate.
What fees do you charge?, permalink
We charge a simple 0.79% trading fee. No hidden charges.
Is my crypto stored with Flow Crypto?, permalink
No. Flow Crypto is non-custodial. We send purchased crypto directly to your personal wallet and never hold your funds.
Which exchanges do you use?, permalink
Flow Crypto can route execution through configured liquidity providers. The provider and execution record for an order are operational details; no particular venue or price is guaranteed before execution.
How do I complete identity verification?, permalink
Open Verification in your dashboard, complete the requested profile and tax-residency information, then continue to the hosted identity check. The hosted flow covers identity-document capture, face matching and liveness evidence.
What cryptocurrencies can I buy?, permalink
The supported-assets directory is rendered from the same asset and network registry used by the product. Availability can still depend on the order type and live service state.

An order can show manual bank deposit, POLi or Akahu Open Banking. Use only the methods currently displayed for that order and do not pay twice while an earlier attempt is processing or under review.
What does FSPR registration mean?, permalink
Registration on the Financial Service Providers Register does not itself mean a provider is licensed or regulated by the Financial Markets Authority. Check Flow Crypto's current registration and dispute-resolution details on the public register before relying on them.
