How long does delivery take?, permalink

Delivery begins after payment is confirmed, the trade is executed and any required checks are complete. Bank processing, market availability, provider status and blockchain congestion can all affect the time, so follow the live order status rather than relying on a fixed estimate.

What fees do you charge?, permalink

We charge a simple 0.79% trading fee. No hidden charges.

Is my crypto stored with Flow Crypto?, permalink

No. Flow Crypto is non-custodial. We send purchased crypto directly to your personal wallet and never hold your funds.

Which exchanges do you use?, permalink

Flow Crypto can route execution through configured liquidity providers. The provider and execution record for an order are operational details; no particular venue or price is guaranteed before execution.

How do I complete identity verification?, permalink

Open Verification in your dashboard, complete the requested profile and tax-residency information, then continue to the hosted identity check. The hosted flow covers identity-document capture, face matching and liveness evidence.

Do I need a wallet to use Flow Crypto?, permalink

Yes for purchases and swap delivery, because Flow Crypto sends crypto to a wallet you control. The wallet must support the exact asset and network selected for the order.

What wallet should I use?, permalink

For many beginners, a reputable self-custody software wallet that supports the exact asset and network is a practical starting point. A hardware wallet may be more suitable for larger or long-term holdings. Your choice should reflect how you plan to use the crypto and whether you can safely manage your own recovery backup.

What payment methods do you accept?, permalink

An order can show manual bank deposit, POLi or Akahu Open Banking. Use only the methods currently displayed for that order and do not pay twice while an earlier attempt is processing or under review.

What does FSPR registration mean?, permalink

Registration on the Financial Service Providers Register does not itself mean a provider is licensed or regulated by the Financial Markets Authority. Check Flow Crypto's current registration and dispute-resolution details on the public register before relying on them.
