What non-custodial means at Flow.
You nominate the receiving wallet. Flow does not present a hosted crypto balance for you to keep and later withdraw.
For a buy order, Flow Crypto receives the NZD payment, executes the trade, and withdraws the purchased asset to the nominated wallet.
Flow Crypto can still hold or control funds temporarily where necessary to process, settle, cancel, refund, or investigate an order, or to meet legal and security obligations. Non-custodial delivery is not the same as an instant or risk-free transfer.
Your wallet comes with real responsibility.
You choose the wallet, protect its recovery material, and confirm its receiving instructions. A lost seed phrase, malicious approval, or unsupported network can make assets inaccessible.

Depends on that provider's account, supported network, and deposit policies, even when you select it as the destination.
No wallet type removes the need to check current asset and network support. Choose for your own security needs and ability to maintain backups, not because someone is asking you to send them crypto.
