Order Statuses
Your activity page shows whether an order is awaiting payment, processing, complete or needs attention.

Order activity shows the recorded state of each buy, sell and swap, including whether it is waiting for you, processing, complete or under review.
Use the status on the signed-in order as the source of truth and do not repeat a payment or crypto transfer while a previous one is processing.

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | The order is waiting for the selected NZD payment. |
| Paid / Executing | Payment is recorded and the trade is being processed. |
| Filled / Withdrawing | The trade completed and wallet delivery is in progress. |
| Completed | The recorded order and wallet delivery are complete. |
| Payment received: Under review | Payment was received but execution needs staff attention. |
| Paused: Verification required | The order cannot continue until requested verification is resolved. |
| Refunded / Cancelled / Failed | The order ended without the normal completed path; open it for the recorded details. |
Sell and swap statuses, permalink
- Awaiting deposit means no qualifying blockchain deposit is confirmed yet.
- Deposit detected or confirmed means the transfer is progressing through network checks.
- Executing, trade complete, ready for payout, paying out or withdrawing are processing states.
- Deposit mismatch, payout failed, withdrawal failed, blocked or under review require attention or staff handling.
- Completed is the final successful state.
When to contact support, permalink
Contact support if a status conflicts with a confirmed bank or blockchain record, or if the page explicitly asks for assistance. Include the order ID and transaction hash or bank reference, but not passwords, seed phrases or one-time codes.
