If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a 6-digit reset code at your registered email address.

If you have lost access to your registered email or authenticator, contact support from a safe device so account ownership can be checked before access changes.

Reset a forgotten password, permalink

  1. 1Open the sign-in page and select Forgot password.
  2. 2Enter the email address registered to your Flow Crypto account.
  3. 3Enter the 6-digit code from the email and choose a new password within 10 minutes.
  4. 4Sign in again with the new password and your authenticator code if multi-factor authentication is enabled.

  • Check that you are using the email address registered to the account.
  • Confirm your password manager has not filled credentials for another site.
  • Use the authenticator code for Flow Crypto if multi-factor authentication is enabled.
  • Secure the email account first if you suspect it has been compromised.

Make a recovery request, permalink

Contact support and state which access factor is unavailable: password, registered email, authenticator or another issue. Include the account email and your name, but do not attach identity documents until support provides the appropriate authenticated or secure channel.

Support may require identity and account-history checks before changing access. This protects the account from social-engineering attempts and means recovery cannot be promised immediately.

  • Your wallet seed phrase or private key.
  • Your full current password.
  • A live authenticator or bank one-time code.
  • Remote access to your device or wallet.
