How to request an OTC quote, permalink

  1. Sign in to your verified Flow Crypto account.
  2. Open the OTC desk page and choose buy or sell, the asset, the approximate size and how you are transacting.
  3. Submit the request. It appears in your support tickets so you can follow replies.
  4. Our team confirms any checks needed, then agrees the quote, payment instructions, wallet and timing with you.

Requirements depend on you, the order size, your funds and how you are transacting. We may ask for source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence, trust or company documents, or proof that you control the wallet involved.
